AQUABAC (200 G) OMRI
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR Part 170. This standard contains requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries and greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination, notification and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about personal protective equipment (PPE) and restricted-entry interval (REI). The requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered by the Worker Protection Standard
Only for formulation into an insecticide for the following uses: control of mosquito larvae, fungus gnats, blackflies, nuisance flies, and nuisance aquatic midges. This product can be used to formulate products for any additional use(s) not listed on the MP label provided the formulator, user group or grower has complied with the U.S. EPA requirements regarding support of such use(s). End-use products formulated with this product must be registered by the U.S. EPA.

Mosquito biolarvicide granule for Commercial or Residential use to containerized standing water or any private water sites except treated, finished drinking water reservoirs or drinking water receptacles when the water is intended for human consumption or state waters. It is a violation of Federal law to apply this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulation. Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or thorough drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application.
Biological larvicide wettable powder for use against the lepidopterous insects listed on the product label. This product must not be applied
aerially within ¼ miles of any habitats of endangered or threatened Lepidoptera. No manual application can be made within 300 feet of any
threatened or endangered Lepidoptera.
